Full Service
- A turn key service providing great value and saves you time and frustration.
- Includes everything in the interior design package plus construction management
- We take care of everything. Starting with design, to helping you select contractors, managing construction, ending with furnishing and décor.
- Initial consultation is 120 minutes and costs $350. During our visit, we walk the project, evaluate project condition, and find out about client’s lifestyle, needs and goals.
- We specify the scope of work based on client’s and project’s needs in both design and construction area.
- Balance function and aesthetic needs
- Interior design includes providing layout, layout changes, drawings, specifications, patterns, colors, cabinetry, custom items like fireplace and vanities based on scope of work, specifying materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
- Furnishing includes mood boards, selection of colors, material, fabric, finishes, ordering furniture, drapery, rugs, art, décor, design and ordering custom pieces.
- Project Management includes estimating cost, budgeting, pricing, scheduling, reviewing construction submittals and change orders, and procurement for design and construction.
- Oversea implementation of design
- Provide labor, manage subcontractors, equipment, installation guides, and obtain necessary permit.
- Create a timeline for the project and estimate project cost.
Interior Design
- Initial consultation is 120 minutes and costs $350. During our visit, we walk the project, evaluate project condition, and find out about client’s lifestyle, needs and goals.

- Finish selection: plumbing fixtures, electrical, flooring, wall finishes and coverings, paint, countertops, tile, backslashes, etc.

- Design and order custom home features, furniture, and upholstery that reflect client’s individuality.
- Window treatments/draperies
- Rugs and bedding
- Styling and accessorizing, Antiques and one-of-a-kind finds

- Work with our vendors to provide more samples
- Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase. Set a realistic budget for achieving client’s desired results
- Set a timeline for the completion of the project.
- Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
Remodeling, New Construction

- Product specification and selection schedule including wall coverings, flooring, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, lighting, windows, doors, hardware, window treatments, cabinetry and countertops, appliances, etc.
- Interior and exterior paint selection and schedule

- Material selection based on customer needs, life style, and requirements
- Design custom items like stairway, foyer, fireplace, bar, vanities, etc
- Procurement, coordinate with vendors, and provide samples
- Exterior design, façade design, front entry design, specify exterior material, and color selection
- Landscape, outdoor living and pools design, layout, and material selection including fireplaces, fire pits, custom pergolas, patios, and outdoor kitchens

Consultation

Styling

- Select décor, accessories, art work, pillows to give your home the personality and style
- New arrangement of your existing furniture

- We enjoy relationships with a wide array of vendors and can assist with selecting the best choices for your project.
- Decorate for specific occasions e.g. Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Valentine’s Day and etc.
Online Consulting/E-Design
- For long distance and local clients who want to get professional consultation on specific issues but they prefer to implement the design on their own.
- 30 minute consultation costs $100
- Communicate via email, messaging apps, video call, etc.
- We address your specific questions and design dilemmas.
- You should define your questions before the session
- Provide pictures of your space and the location you have problems with
- Provide pictures of your objectives
- Color selection assistance
- Product selection like tiles, upholstery, paint, accessories, bedding, furniture, etc.
- If you’re hesitant between products or samples, plan up front. It helps to have pictures or samples to look at in person
- Provide information about a specific product we have used in a previous project
- The quality evaluation of the products we discuss online is client’s responsibility.
Personal Shopping
- You need help shopping for items like art, decorative items, upholstery, bedding, and lighting to compliment your space and current items.
- Need help to determine your style and personality.
- 120 minutes meeting includes: 30 minutes meeting at the project, followed by 90 minutes shopping assistance which costs $350.
- Meet at the project to evaluate your specific area that you would like to shop for. Then we head to the store to shop for the items you need assistance with.
- Discuss your goals, find out your style. If you have a style in mind, or an item you have seen somewhere and you like, please provide pictures.
- Collect information, take pictures, and minor measurements.
- We can shop from our selected shopping resources that fit your style the best, or your preferred stores.
- Target specific items for your last layer of design.
- If you’re not sure about your specific issues, places to shop, or have more general questions, please refer to consultation package or interior design package.
