On-site consultation, walk the project, determine the client’s goals, and gather project requirements

Study the current project condition and constraints, discuss the client’s needs and ideas in detail, research the problem, and identify the design style.

Connect research with core requirements, develop possible solutions, creativity, display ideas visually, create mood boards, and provide cost estimate.

Further refinement of design, provide a presentation including design inspirations, color samplings, informal renderings, space layouts, and how all these concepts will manifest in the space.

Finalize selections including furnishings, fabrics, and finishes, provide detailed information for final result, start collaboration with other involved parties such as suppliers and contractors.

Order material, project management, meet with service providers and vendors, implement design and construction, specialized final delivery and installation
