Project was done to prepare the customer’s home for sale. Living room and dining room design and remodel includes the entire wet bar, fireplace, front door, patio door, and flooring. Layers of rustic in a modern setting with wood and touches of stone make a versatile living room that appeals to a broad audience. The old brick fireplace is scaled down to enhance the layout of the living room for furnishings. Large size fireplace tiles display as one solid piece of white matte stone, placed the fireplace quietly in line with the windows. Shiplap wet bar backsplash is a statement made custom in a lego pattern. There are traces of rustic wood in the flooring, kitchen ceiling, and staging furniture.
